Once your website is online, I can help keep it updated and looked after.
Care plans cover hosting and ongoing support, with different options depending on how much help you need. Some plans also include time for small changes to text, photos and other website content.
How it works

Tell me about your website and the help you're looking for. I'll help you choose a suitable plan. - Keep things up to date
I'll look after the updates and checks included in your plan. - Ask for changes
If your plan includes editing time, you can use it for small website changes. Anything outside the allowance is discussed and priced separately. - Get help with problems
Get in touch if something isn't working, and I'll check what needs doing and explain the next step.
Monthly plans and cancellation
These are monthly plans with no minimum term. If you want to cancel, get in touch before your next payment is due. Your service will continue until the end of the month you've already paid for. There are no refunds for unused days.
Common questions
- Can I ask for changes whenever I need them?
- Yes. What’s included depends on your plan and its editing allowance. If the work falls outside that, I'll explain any extra cost before going ahead.
- Can you help with a website you didn't build?
- I can look at your existing website and check whether it's something I can support.
- Where can I see the prices?
