Common questions
- Are there lower-cost options for community groups?
Yes. The Services & Pricing page includes Community Lite and discounted community packages.
Community First Web is a separate programme with limited places and an application process. Applying doesn't guarantee a place.
- Can our volunteers update the website?
- Tell me what your volunteers need to change themselves. I'll explain which setup would suit that and what it would cost. I can also help with updates through a care plan.
- Will the website be easy for people to use?
- I focus on clear wording, readable layouts and navigation that works on phones and computers. Let me know about any particular accessibility needs so we can discuss them as part of the work.
